I am an Egyptian artist who loved drawing and colouring since my childhood. Wanting to be an artist my whole life, I joined the faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan Universtiy, Cairo, Egypt. Graduating with honor from the Cartoon Animation & Book Illustration Section class of 1998 and ranked Ninth in my section.

 I then followed by a post-graduate diploma for one year in the same faculty in my major book ''Book Illustration".

 I participated in the "Suzan Mubarak" Competition for Children's books illustrations prestigious art award for my illustrations of the book "The Naughty Eraser" in 1999 and won fourth place .
I got my professional start in 1998 at "Horizon Multimedia" Company, Cairo, Egypt, and participating with my drawings in a few interactive CDs for children.

As well as working a as freelance illustrator and designer in 1999 for a number of publishers in Egypt and Arab countries including: "Atfalona", "Bardi", "Basim" Childern Magazine, "Qatr EL-Nada" Childeren's Magazine, and the well known "Mickey Mouse" Magazine the Arabic edition published in Egypt and have been working in the Children's illustrations and comic strips ever since.
